Hashimi Hotel, Jerusalem

My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The room on the upper floors offered a great view but unfortunately had no warm water at all. The service, especially from the male staff members, could benefit from more training in hospitality and customer service skills. The hotel's location in the Old City was vibrant and full of markets, but there were some downsides in terms of amenities and facilities.

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old city, within the Muslim Quarter surrounded by vibrant markets. The rooms lack warm water in our own bedroom on the upper floors, but the view from the window is captivating. Service could improve, especially with male staff members needing better hospitality training. Dining is guided by a very helpful chef, elevating the experience. The location is lively but noisy with loud trucks, near the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqaba mosque.
