Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly a mixed experience. The room on the upper floors offered a great view but unfortunately had no warm water at all. The service, especially from the male staff members, could benefit from more training in hospitality and customer service skills. The hotel's location in the Old City was vibrant and full of markets, but there were some downsides in terms of amenities and facilities.
The hotel is situated in the heart of the old city, within the Muslim Quarter surrounded by vibrant markets. The rooms lack warm water in our own bedroom on the upper floors, but the view from the window is captivating. Service could improve, especially with male staff members needing better hospitality training. Dining is guided by a very helpful chef, elevating the experience. The location is lively but noisy with loud trucks, near the Dome of the Rock and Al Aqaba mosque.
The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the old city, surrounded by vibrant markets and with a great view from the upper floors. The rooms offer sufficient amenities but could use more attention to detail. The male staff members could benefit from hospitality training, but the housekeeping and paid shuttle services are reliable. The Italian strata served by a helpful chef adds a nice touch to the dining experience. Overall, a good hotel for the value, with room for improvement in service and room quality.
I stayed at this hotel in the heart of the Old City, surrounded by the lively markets of the Muslim Quarter. The location was vibrant and full of culture, but there were some issues with the lack of warm water in the rooms. The service, particularly from some male staff members, could use improvement in hospitality skills. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's dining experience was enhanced by a very helpful chef, making it a memorable part of the stay.
The hotel is located in the market place of Old Jerusalem, offering a vibrant atmosphere with many little markets around. The rooms lack warm water on the upper floors and are placed in front of the window, yet they provide sufficient amenities for a comfortable stay. The service could benefit from training in hospitality skills, particularly with some male staff members. The location is right in the heart of the old city, inside the city gate where no cars are allowed, making it a truly immersive experience. The dining experience is complemented by a very helpful chef and delicious home-made bread. Overall, the hotel provides a unique cultural stay with room for service improvement.
